A number of complaints have been received from Sherwood Forest property owners about lack of enforcement of the Town of Becket zoning by-laws. The essential first step in addressing this problem is submission of a Town of Becket Zoning Enforcement Complaint Form. You may download this Form, fill it out, and file it at the Town Hall. Make sure you keep a dated copy. If no action is taken, we then have a basis for legal follow-up. If you are apprehensive about filing such a Form for fear of reprisals, fill out a copy of the Form and send it to SFNA. Be sure that you clearly identify the location of the offense. We can then photograph the site and file a Form in the name of the Association.
